We accept returns only under the following conditions:

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (studs, hoops, danglers, etc.)
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering
  • Items bought during sale or promotional offers

3. Condition of Returned Products

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in original packaging with tags, invoice, and accessories intact

Returns failing quality checks will not be accepted.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Our team will verify the issue
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared
  4. After inspection, refund/exchange will be processed
